Troubleshooting

• I have examined logs and tried to find the issue
• I have reviewed opened and closed issues
• I have tried restarting the application
• I have checked open issues and ensured this is not a duplicate

The Problem

The Android app is installed successfully on Samsung device and opens fine, I can add the server which is local IP https://192.168.0.99:30352/, when tried to login with my credentials it fails and give me the error attached in the picture. The server is docker based on TrueNAS.

I noticed when I use FQDN url over proxy with SSL it opens fine and no issues at all.

How to Reproduce

1. add the server address local IP (from home or though VPN)
2. Click continue it works and ask for username and password
3. add the username and password try to sign in
4. can not sign in and give me the error message: "Unexpected error during login user: Network request failed"
