stack run pallet commands break in local.sh

stack run pallet $pallet_name

This command fails inside of local.sh. Probably because of pty issues.

This can be fixed by adding:

config.ssh.pty = true

to your Vagrantfile, but I'm not sure yet that it's the right solution.
