Improvement: implement a quickfix to add a library to the project configuration

When a library is not added to the project the build fails with a error like below
fatal error: SD.h: No such file or directory
A quickfix to add the lib to the project configuration should work way quicker than opening the menu item "add library to project" find the library and add it

I should do something similar based on the indexer finding a unresolved include.

How will you know which library to add in the QuickFix?

Based on the missing include error information (annotation is the eclipse word).
So the quickfix for a missing include on the line #include "blabla.h" will import the library blabla to the configuration.
The quick fix is only available when the library "blabla" is available in the workspace (or available to the library manager and library manager knows a "blabla" library).

EDIT .... and install missing libraries is enabled in the sloeber preferences

The indexer will not work unfortunately enough.
The marker type "org.eclipse.cdt.core.indexermarker" produces an annotation that does not have the interface "IQuickFixableAnnotation" and therefore it is impossible (at least to my knowledge) to create quickfixes for the CDT indexer annotations.
