Can we increase the column for callable in scheduled_tasks table

\Sources\Db\Schema\v2_1\ScheduledTasks.php

Have ran into this bug a few times creating a scheduled task that errors since the the file location plus function name is too long

If we merge #8808 this problem goes away for 3.0.
