[BUG] Make install-cuda doesn't exist

Describe the bug
There is no install-cuda target but the documentation has it as part of the instalation instrucion. With just ./configure --with-cuda and sudo make install, the gpu method doesn't work.

To Reproduce
Run make install-cuda

Expected behavior
Correct instaltion

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Mint 22
• PHP Version: 8.3.6
• NumPower Version: master
• Compiled with CUDA (--with-cuda): Yes
• Compiled with AVX2: Idk
