Cookie Manager does not remove ( or even show ) all cookies.
No errors. After "all" cookies are selected and "removed", opening Firefox settings> data management> reveals always one cookie that is connected to the visited web site residing in Firefox; sometimes with other data. These have to be removed manually through the Firefox settings> data management.
This happens with every web site visited.
