All mods are marked as broken, which is false

Describe the bug
Every mod shows as broken in VTOL, but Northstar launches with no errors and mods work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install some mod
2. Go to 'Installed Mods' tab
3. See error
