A issue and some suggestions.

Issues

1. For the Day counter, it doesn't match with the one that is shown on f3. For example, in simple fps it shows day 19 while on the vanilla f3 screen it shows day 18.
2. Same for the day counter, it doesn't properly show the day in the nether and end. It just shows Day 1 and a time of 6:00 without anything changing.

Suggestion

1. Could you make the day counter and the time two separate things because I only like the visual option of the day counter but not the time because it doesn't seem that necessary.
