Working in an environment without Internet access

Has anyone modified XrmToolbox to work in an environment without access to the Internet? I have such an environment and we pull all NuGet packages from a Sonatype Nexus repository.

I see that XrmToolbox uses the NuGet search queries such as https://api-v2v3search-0.nuget.org/query? and I've asked Sonatype if they support these queries against our internal NuGet Nexus repository. They've told me that they do support the NuGet V3 Search API but I'd need to modify XrmToolbox to use these URLs.

Has anyone done anything like this to run without Internet access?
