Describe the bug
How to replay it
1.Set client language into Chinese(simpled).(I haven't test other languages)
2.Open Esp list of module "Block ESP".
3.Block names are all empty, but search works normally,
Explain:
Change the language to English can recovery normal rendering.
Chinese characters of other GUIs are rendered normally.
Other Meteor Client GUI texts contain Chinese which can be rendered normally.
