This can be an issue if using the hotkey in quick succession; since invoking the hotkey isn't blocking, one can do something like the following:
- Hotkey to suspend game
- It minimizes
- See your browser/chat/whatever and press hotkey again quickly
Expectation: Game resumes/un-minimizes
Actual: Since a suspended app hasn't been registered yet the hotkey starts suspending this new app (chat/browser/whatever)
