Issue with (migration needed) on pre-made projects.

I ran into an issue when running this project after forking where all of the projects would fail to run and "(migration needed)" would appear next to them. After trying a few things, I ended up grabbing the previous commit and doing the migration from that. Based on the difference in this project and the result I got from that, I think the csharp-exercises.sln may not have been updated as part of the previous commit. The old file is looking for *.xproj files, while the migrated version is looking for *.csproj files.

I've looked into this but don't have a procedural solution. For now, you can create an empty project to do your work in, and refer to examples from the book if you like. Will let you know once we have a permanent solution. VS 2017 doesn't seem to be converting the .sln file properly
