Vector 2.2 not loading its UI in Android 13

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

Updated Vector, rebooted, and now it won't load its UI. See screenshot.

Expected behaviour/预期行为

Vector loads its UI.

Actual behaviour/实际行为

Produces an error on screen:

Vector manger cannot be opened

I had the same issue, but it was from using the previous Lsposed icon that always worked. I had to generate a new icon
