Stripe disconnect, self-serve event currency change, and inline upload errors

• Stripe: organizers can disconnect their Stripe account themselves (soft-delete, recoverable by support). Available from Organizer Settings → Payouts in both connected and in-progress states.
• Event currency: always editable; blocked with an inline validation message only when the event has paid orders (zero-value orders are updated to the new currency).
• Image uploads: size/type failures now show inline everywhere (replace button and editor previously bypassed validation; 413/network errors were swallowed), and the server limit now matches the advertised 5MB.
