Do you have plans to add better support for integrating Ray4Laz with Lazarus forms, or do you suggest some other way for using Ray4Laz with Lazarus GUIs?

Not yet. I saw that you can use with gtk3 widgets. But I haven't tried it with gtk3 yet.
