Well, not exactly... I tried to download 6702. Archive - no problems. MSI - Edge was aggressively warning about "not commonly downloaded" file and strongly suggested deleting it, at the same time offering to report to MS the file as "safe" (which I did). I insisted to download and keep the file. The installer started automatically (even though I did not ask) without any issues. I also ran manual scan on the directory with both archive and installer:
