Description

Add rolling horizon — temporal decomposition for large problems with overlapping windows and state transfer between windows.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Window size and overlap parameters
  • State transfer between windows (storage levels, status)
  • Results stitching across windows
  • Works with all existing constraint types
