aarch64 suppport (Apple Silicon, Qualcomm, etc.)

I think it would be of great benefit to this project if you released an aarch64 platform target version. x64 is over; aarch64 is the future (IMHO).

I have exclusively run arm64 machines since I discovered their superior power consumption, greatly reduced heat generation, and generally better performance.

Everyone is on the aarch64 train. "allll aboooaaaard!"
