Failed to start enrollment

After a fresh install i tried to start enrollment, the Message Failed to start enrollment.
in Log one Error Message appears:
ERROR proxy_Bidi:http_request{method=POST path=https://server.domain/api/v1/user/name/start_desktop}: tower_http::trace::on::on_failure: message=response failed classification=Status code: 500 Internal Server Error latency=7 ms [2.0.2 Debian 12.0.0 x86_64] [PX:2.0.2+322ac3f Debian 12.0.0 x86_64]
Any Ideas how to solve this ?
