[Bug]: CPU Usage and Memory are reported as 0 for some dry runs for bigger file size (67108864)

Current behavior

GetAggregatedNodesMetrics.json

In the attached GetAggregatedNodesMetrics.json file, you can see the values 0 are reported for CPU usage and memory for all three processes (retrieve-data, process-data, and notify) for some dry runs is reported for all three processes (retrieve-data, process-data, and notify).

Expected behavior

CPU and memory usage should be reported for all the dry runs, no matter what file_size is being processed.

Steps to reproduce

Upload the bigger file_size multiple times (repeated for at least 5 times) and use GetAggregatedNodesMetrics on the https://studio.apollographql.com/sandbox/explorer.
