When running [install_ndlar_flow.sh](https://github.com/DUNE/2x2_sim/blob/develop/run-ndlar-flow/install_ndlar_flow.sh), lines 51 & 55 overwrite files in ndlar_flow and changes them. Would it be better to either 1. Push the updated files to ndlar_flow? 2. Remove those files from ndlar_flow and let lines 51 & 55 grab them? 3. Leave as is?
