The basic idea is an audiobook transport control setting to replace and reorder the transport control buttons with controls that are useful in the context of audiobooks.
When listening to audiobooks the jump back/forward is a very nice feature. Since the shuffle and repeat one track buttons are not really useful in the context of audiobooks, I think it would be reasonable to replace those with 'jump xx s back/forward' buttons when enabling the audiobook transport control setting. This way both options are available and one could use the preferred setting depending on what content is listened to. The default would be the shuffle and repeat one track buttons, of course.
Additionally, I would suggest to make the jump buttons the primary buttons next to play/pause in this audiobook transport control setting, instead of the previous/next track buttons, not only in the UI but also in terms of multi-function-buttons on Bluetooth headphones or other transport controls (for example in a car).
