Description
In AI Providers / Azure OpenAI we are using Model Groups, when trying to Add Entry it's just not working/adding.
I'm currently using Librechat v0.8.5
Steps to reproduce
Under AI Providers, go to AzureOpenAI
Expand Groups
Try to add Group/Deployment Name "gpt-5.1"
Click Save
Expected behavior
It would be added and usable in Librechat
Actual behavior
In corner we see a Changed Saved pop but no Model, it won't get added to the list nor it won't save on the DB. No logs too :(
