PowerShell Audio Output Fixer

Apollo doesn't leave my default speaker in the state I'd prefer -- it's always the Steam Streaming Speaker picked when I get back home. This script (if you install the referenced cmdlet) will take direct control of the speakers when added to Apollo's command preparations, under "do" and "undo".
