Add HRTF to Pipewire instead of Easy Effects EQ and Convolver #617

Description

@Zirhael221

Hey since this is a gaming oriented OS it would be better if the wiki page: https://wiki.cachyos.org/configuration/general_system_tweaks/#audio-and-software-enhancements also showed how to install HRTF filter in pipewire using a .SOFA file.

Instead of a convolver and eq which virtualizes multichannel audio we can actually have positional audio using a .SOFA file.

Here is a repo that does that from where i setup my pipewire for HRTF. https://github.com/DekoDX/Pipewire-DX-Utils

For obtaining the .SOFA file we can use https://www.sofaconventions.org/mediawiki/index.php/Files which contains lots of sofa files and users can pick one which matches their ear shape and characteristics for best results.

Also this is my pipewire graph where hrtf 7.1.4 is a pipewire filter that contains the .SOFA file to binauralize the audio for headphones.

Maybe instead of the wiki it can be a part of cachyos packages as well. i know bazzite does something similar where it lets you create a virtual surround sink. we can do the same except along with the sink have an ability to insert the filter as well.
