Limit to specific users vs vendor org

We would like the ability to add users to specific cases. Currently, everyone with access under our org is able to see every case that we're invited to. Sometimes it would be beneficial to have a key engineer more directly involved in the discussion/patch review instead of relying on vendor contacts to act as a middleman. The problem right now is that if we were to add someone to our org in VINCE, they are suddenly hit with everything from every case (and any future case).

So what does access look like?

Sorry for the long silence. This request is specifically for our instance of VINCE and NOT VINCE Software. Anyway it is possible to set your Organization so that not all users can see all cases within your organization.

Go to "User Management" panel under Your vendor management panel and disable the Default User Case Access and provide specific access to each Case per user. See screenshot for example.
