F-Droid can't build

What are we missing?

• I just saw that a new version of Flutter is available, but I didn't build with it (I used 3.41.9) (I guess it is the same from F-Droid as it builds with the submodule?)
• From the build logs, F-Droid builds on NDK 27 (as configured by the project). When I build on my side, it says that it should be updated to 28 as jni requires it and I don't really know which one is used in the end (28 was downloaded before, see next point).
• It was downloaded on my laptop when I changed workmanager's version (wanted to fix an issue, but this wasn't the cause). It then broke the video player, and I didn't manage to go back to 27. So I changed the video package to better_player_plus (instead of river_player), which worked on my end. But, this package may not be compatible with NDK 27?

Also, I don't have that much free time yet, but I will try to answer as fast as I can.
