DOC: Documentation & Discussion Links Broken (Wrong URLs)

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues, known issues in release notes, and documentation.

Brief Description of the Documentation Issue or Improvement

I believe a number of links, particularly in the simplnx repository README.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, and SUPPORT.md, are not currently working.

Not sure how recently the underlying URLs changed/stopped working but noticed the hyperlinks not going to the correct place today.
