AEM_CONTAINER: Improve startup speed using Class Data Sharing and/or Project Leyden constructs

The current container takes minutes to start up.  It would be nice if it started quicker.  There should be ways to speed it up using [Class Data Sharing (CDS)](https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/technotes/guides/vm/class-data-sharing.html) or some other mechanisms from [Project Leyden](https://openjdk.org/projects/leyden/).
